Nigel purchased the butcher shop in 2005 after 10 years of working at the premises. A competition was held in 2007 to choose a new name and 'Nigel's Gourmet on Tamar' was born. In 2011 Nigel entered his first competition and has been passionate about his involvement in the AMIC Sausage King competition ever since!
